Emily O'Reilly ACR
I graduated from Camberwell College of Art in 1995 with a BA(HONS) in Paper Conservation, specialising in works of art on paper. I have been working as Paper Conservator since then working in public institutions (Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum of Wales) and a state archive (State Records of NSW, Australia) as well as a private paper conservation studio in the UK.
I enjoy collecting art myself, with a particular interest in works of art on paper. I am interested in art and regularly visit art galleries. I have enjoyed making art myself and love creating with my hands. Paper conservation brings together all of my passions - art, science and practical hands on work.

I am very lucky to have found such a miracle worker!
I recently took Emily my collection of contemporary prints to be mounted and framed. She had her work cut out as some had bent corners and one a deep crease right across. Now you cant see any marks whatsoever!
I am so pleased with the results!
I would highly recommend her skills to anyone who has any art conservation needs and will continue to use Emily in the future.

I was delighted with the work that Emily carried out for me on two Chinese paintings on silk that had become very fragile indeed over the years. From the time I took the pictures to her, I felt that they were in expert hands and very much appreciated being kept abreast of the process throughout.
