About Me
Jackson Sculpture Conservation Ltd was founded in 1995 by Tessa Jackson ACR. Situated in Surrey and specialising in the conservation and restoration of Modern and Contemporary Sculpture, Tessa and her specially selected team of associates provide museum style conservation services to private collectors, auction houses, insurers, commercial galleries, artist’s estates, foundations and public institutions worldwide.

Examination and Treatment of Works including works fabricated in plastic (including polyester resins, silicones and foam), wax, glass, low fired ceramics, plaster, polished surfaces, painted sculptures (indoor and outdoor), metal, bronze, wood, stone and marble, concrete, kinetic works, mechanised, strung and wired sculptures.
Condition Assessments, Treatment Proposals and Estimates.
Exhibition Conservation including condition checking, documentation and on-site treatment where necessary.
Collections Care including advice on packing, handling, transportation and display of works.
Consultations and Collaborations with artists, foundations and estates.
Professional Photography Service of artworks for online and client sales.
Scientific Analysis including FTIR spectroscopy, microscopy and paint cross sections.
