About Me
Tiago Oliveira is a conservator-restorer with vast experience working with ceramic, glass and enamel objects for the private and public sectors.
He holds an MA in Conservation Studies from the internationally-renowned West Dean College where he received the BADA Geoffrey Moss Prize at the end of his studies.
Having worked with respected conservator-restorers, both in private practices and museums in the UK and abroad, Tiago has a good understanding on how to balance the object's needs and client's wishes.
Tiago Oliveira Conservation studio (Deptford, London) works with ceramics (porcelain, pottery, faience, parianware, terracotta, etc) glass and enamel objects, producing nearly invisible and/or museum repairs, as well as in-depth treatment and condition reports.
Work is carried out following good health and safety and ethical practices outlined in the Icon's Code of Conduct, its Conservation Standards and Ethical Guidelines.

Work History
Sole conservator at Tiago Oliveira Conservation Studio (London), working for national and international museums, art and antiques galleries, collectors and the general public. Clients include The National Trust, The Wallace Collection, The Courtauld, Royal Museums Greenwich, Museum of Salzburg and many others.
