About Me
I currently share my time as the paintings conservator at the Imperial War Museum, London and co-founder and member of Pictor Conservation LLP. The studio is based in London.
At the Imperial War Museum, I am improving the collection of data and documentation on the paintings collection condition. I am currently supporting the conservation team in developing different policies and procedures: paintings assessment, preparation of paintings going on loan, framing, emergency response and health and safety. I do carry out remedial treatments on the paintings whenever necessary.
I am part of the Tate professional register, where I work as a contractor supporting specific conservation teams. I did work for other public institutions in UK, Canada and Italy.
At Pictor Conservation, we are a team of highly qualified conservators with a deep professional experience on paintings conservation from Old Masters to Contemporary Art. We offer museum standards conservation practice on both remedial and preventive conservation. We can support the clients on collection care and team up with other skilled professionals for framing conservation and high quality reproduction of frames, technical analysis, shipping and transport. We assist collectors and curators on technical art history research.
