About Me
After graduating in chemistry, I became an apprentice conservator at Wells Cathedral. I was a founder of Nimbus Conservation in1984 and Managing Director from 1991 to 2005 during which time the company undertook repair and conservation works to many important monuments, archaeological sites and historic buildings.
I set up Odgers Conservation Consultants in 2005, to provide advice and guidance to all those dealing with the care, conservation and repair of stone and plaster in historic buildings, monuments, sculpture and sites. As well as advice, I have written widely on the subject, I have been involved with a variety of research projects and lectured both in the UK and overseas.
