Inclusion in the Conservation Register does not constitute a recommendation, accreditation or approval although practices included have had to meet specified criteria (view criteria).

The Conservation Register verifies the accredited status of practitioners with the relevant accrediting professional body and follows up all references. Each applicant is required to sign a declaration that they comply with the criteria for inclusion in the Conservation Register. However, we are dependent on the information supplied by each practice, which is reproduced in good faith.

The Institute of Conservation and its partners accept no liability for any loss or damage which may results from any use of the Conservation Register or occur during private contractual agreements.
